TCi is preparing paper for ISOCARP Congress 2019 in Jakarta on the merits on in-house planning.
The paper will highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the Strategic Spatial Planning methodology and present some practitioners cases to showcase the merits of in-house planning and capacity strengthening support vis-a-vis entirely outsourcing planning tasks to private companies. Cases include places such as Belgium, Kosovo, Palestine, Afghanistan and the Caribbean.
